It is a nice little cosy hotel at the city center. The bed is good (not too soft), the room was very clean, you can make the room completely dark at the night.

Laura, the lady at the front desk was nice and helpful and arranged for my shuttle to Airport. Location of the hotel is very good.

Per 2 semplici toast abbiamo aspettato mezz’ora…..il locale all’interno è stile anni 60 e pure la pulizia del bagno , lascia a desiderare .Qualità / prezzo esagerata …..una bottiglietta d’acqua che al discount costa 19 centesimi a 2 euro 💶.

We had visited Bar Elena several times on previous visits to Stresa, so after our wander to the town centre we decided to revisit. We got a very warm welcome as many returning customers do. We sat outside on the large terrace in the square and were quickly given menus. We decided on toasties, a glass of wine and a coca cola. All came quickly and were good. We revisited several times during our stay in Stresa and always got a warm welcome from the staff. The time we had wines, a small tray of cicchetti was served with various items on it- olives, crisps, popcorn, vegetable crisps- excellent. We found Bar Elena was a very friendly place in the centre of Stresa and beside the shops. We'll be back next year!

Bon rapport qualité prix pour ce petit hotel familial dans un endroit trés touristique. Au centre de tout , et près de l'embarcadère pour les îles. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et le personnel parle le français cest appréciable !
Il y a un ascenseur mais pas de climatisation, cependant un ventilateur de plafond qui fait bien son effet et assez silencieux donc ca le fait !
Pas de parking non plus mais non loin il y a des places de stationnements gratuites
Je recommande fortement pour 1 ou 2 nuits cette pension de famille

Siamo stati al bar, Pina colada e spritz passion veramente ottimi!!! Apprezzatissimi anche gli stuzzichini ! Assolutamente consigliato! Anche lo spritz rosa veramente buono! Prezzi ottimi, ci torneremo sicuramente durante la nostra permanenza a Stresa

Good location on one of the towns small squares with short walk to the lake.The owners are very friendly and helpful ,and the hotel had all the amenities we required.
