The staff were excellent. Friendly, approachable and accommodating. One of the staff parked her car elsewhere to let us have the lot. Thankful for her service and assistance.

Estuvimos alojadas en una habitación triple con LAS TRES CAMAS de igual calidad, circunstancia que pocas veces se encuentra en los hoteles. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y solícito a nuestras peticiones. La habitación disponía de un baño renovado, sencillo pero muy completo. La ducha era de plato con una presión de agua caliente muy buena. el desayuno incluía fruta fresca, tostadora, todo tipo de repostería, etc etc siendo el personal que nos atendía extraordinariamente amable y solícito. La señora de la limpieza de la habitación siempre se mostró muy atenta y colaboradora.
La distancia al centro de Stresa es de unos 12 minutos que se hacen cómodamente andando.
Recomendaría este hotel!!

Teleurstellend hotel. Kamer was klein en ouderwets. Wel heel proper. Ontbijt was ok, avondeten minderwaardig : miniem zogenaamd voorgerecht, miniem stukje vlees of vis als hoofdgerechten met dagelijks een soort doorzichtige saus. Dranken aan de prijzige kant. Na 45 jaren in verlof in Italië het minste eten ooit ! Bar : je moestwat moeite doen om iets te kunnen drinken. Pas na lang aandringen de mogelijkheid gekregen om te kunnen betalen met creditkaart - dit in 2023 ! 2 Gelegen op 25 minuten wandelen van het centrum.

In dem Hotel wurde ich super nett empfangen. Sehr freundliche und engagierte Mitarbeiter. In allen Belangen war Wanda stets ansprechbar in deutscher Sprache. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Frühstück bietet eine reiche Auswahl stets mit frischem Obst. Das Bad war frisch renoviert. Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen.

Nous avons séjourné quatre nuits à l’hôtel Flora. Lors de notre réservation sur le site nous avons eu droit à une super promo avec une nuit offerte. Nous avons pris la chambre la moins chère au premier étage. On ne voit pas le lac et il faut signaler que les chambres, vue montagne donnent sur la route, qui est bruyante lorsque les fenêtres sont ouvertes, mais une fois fermés c’est acceptable. Si vous êtes sensible, prenez une chambre avec vue sur le lac. Les chambres sont très propres. La salle de bain aussi. Le ménage est très bien fait tous les jours. Belle piscine, parking gratuit, grand buffet de petit déjeuner. Le personnel est accueillant. Il y a un restaurant sur place et sinon beaucoup de restaurants dans le centre de Stresa à 20 minutes à pied.

Das Hotel Flora in Stresa hat uns mit seinem freundlichem Personal überzeugt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Für alle Anliegen rund um den Aufenthalt ist für deutschsprachige Gäste Frau Wanda zuständig, die sehr bemüht ist und immer eine Lösung findet. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt.

We have mixed feelings about this hotel. There are some things that were great (such as the view from the balcony and the friendly staff). However, we found the location was just a little too far from the Centre of town for people who do not have a car. Other travelers should note that it is a long walk into the main part of town with the restaurants. We were also staying at the hotel at the same time as a bus tour group and that was problematic. The hotel seemed to struggle with the numbers of people for breakfast and, as a consequence, we arrived for breakfast each day only to find all the hot food had gone and there was little sign that it was going to be replaced. We felt that this could have been better managed by the hotel.
