Manchester Trafford Centre Wst

Service was excellent, Alan on the front desk was exceptionally helpful. We booked a quad-room and the bed wasn’t made up on arrival but Alan came up straight away and made the bed and was very polite. The room was a good size, exceptionally quiet particularly considering how close it is to a main road.

Used for the night before our holiday as we had an early flight. Great comfy clean room as always and a great price

First impressions of this hotel are good, as was the reception and bar/restaurant area which have recently been refurbished. The rooms, however, are looking very tired and really need to be updated. Also our room had not a single chair to sit on. I raised this with the reception team who assured me they would try to get at least one taken to our room... It never arrived.

Lovely welcoming hotel, free parking - easy to get to. Self check in was brilliant. Room was very spacious and lovely. Absolute bargain for the price. The resturant downstairs was great - really lovely dinner and very attentive staff, especially towards our little boy. Breakfast was fab. Would definitely choose here as my first choice should we stay in the area again.

We had originally booked a few days away to Manchester to attend Olivia Rodrigo, despite being cancelled we decided to travel anyways. Upon checkin, we were greeted by the lovely Inga who was very fast and efficient but also very friendly and empathetic, she asked if we were doing anything nice while we’re here so we told her about the concert being cancelled and from here she just went above and beyond (including giving us a box of chocolates hours later when we went to the bar for a few drinks). Her customer service skills are exceptional and I really do feel like Inga is one of the main reasons we have enjoyed this trip so much, so welcomed from the second we arrived, right up until we left. All the other staff are very friendly too and I will definitely be returning to this hotel in future.

The room is always lovely and clean. Bathroom is lovely and clean. Bed is very soft. Pillows are just right. You don't need to bug people to ask for more coffee, tea etc. There's an area where you can just grab and go. Had unlimited breakfast, lovely food. You're not rushed out of the eating area. The staff are so friendly and can never do enough for you.

Beautiful reception restaurant perfect service food was great long wait but was busy rooms were spotless and the whole stay was enjoyable, breakfast wasn’t the best but lots of choice. Decor was trendy and new parking secure and so close to the Trafford centre

Stayed for 4 nights and couldn't fault it. Room was comfortable but a bit too hot (personal preference). What a transformation the hotel has had, decor is stunning. Hannah and Ricardo go above and beyond and they are a delight to deal with. We will certainly return 😊
