Premier Inn Manchester Old Trafford

No surprises, no delights. As expected so we booked a practical location, with parking ( didn’t realise overnight fee is £6 as often it’s free at Premier inn for overnight guests) and standard amenities. Bathroom shower curtains had some smell otherwise standard cleanliness. Breakfast a slight miss as most Premier Inn can do a better cooked English full breakfast. Given our purpose and location of hotel, we would stay again.

Everything was brilliant apart from ultimate WiFi which the codes didn't work most of time due to error occurred also when requested a room clean twice it didn't get notified. There the 2 small issues

the friendly attitude of all the staff from the hotel manager to the chefs made our stay extra special. all very good at their jobs and working together in harmony. the two that stuck out the most was a South African girl Sydney and her manager Alex who were always uplifting their team while working extremely hard to keep every area of the hotel at its best. literally never saw those two stop whether reception, restaurant, bar and even helping in housekeeping when we needed it we’ve never had such caring and hands on people take care of our stay and truly take our hats off to them. they also informed us of the hard working Jasmine leading in the kitchen when we ate in the Thyme restaurant attached, she made sure our food was quick and delicious all night. as well as Magda in housekeeping who never stops behind the scenes. thank you all we see you and are grateful for the experience you create.

Clean, very friendly staff who are willing to go the extra mile to help. Recommend highly! Great location if attending a game at Old Trafford also

Ricardo, Alex and Jade at Manchester Old Trafford Premier Inn restaurant were great and the food was spot on. Great service and they couldn’t do enough for me. Would definitely choose Premier Inn and the restaurant again. Highly recommend.

An amazing welcome from Ricardo and Janio as soon as I arrived. They were both extremely helpful and their customer service was exceptional, providing a seamless check-in. I look forward to staying many more times in the future - thank you!

We booked a last minute stay when we were let down by our air BnB. We turned up late at night, with two tired young children. The lady at reception was so kind she made me cry! After she checked us in, she got my children football cards, chocolate, sweets & personally wrote us a note. The lady working on the bar was also so helpful filling up my son’s water bottles & ensuring we all had some nice drinks. We had a lovely big, very clean room. Beds were very comfy. The breakfast the next morning was great. Would highly recommend & keep up the amazing customer service!

Hotel and staff are amazing, great location and only a bus away from Trafford Centre and only 15 min walk to the Coronation Street Experience and Media City!! Right next door to the Manchester United Stadium too

Whenever I stay at Premier Inn I always find the staff to be incredibly helpful, that’s one of the reasons I keep coming back. A special thanks tonight to Alex and Alejaundre at Old Trafford who went above and beyond to be helpful. Always a pleasure to call out good service when it is due.
