Really easy to get too. Media city team stop is just around the corner. Local buses available And multi story car parks in media city itself Hotel staff were great and knowledgeable Room was spotless and very comfortable. Felt secure as lifts and corridors had keycard access only Only 20 minutes walk to the Manchester United’s stadium and Old Trafford Great area, very peaceful and little traffic and fantastic links to the rest of the city

Lovely staff! Shelter and Lizzie on front of house were absolutely amazing! Couldn’t ask them to do anymore they were doing everything above and beyond! They were both running around helping everyone as much as they could, bar restaurant and reception! Both absolute superstars!

Lovely stay we arrived early and paid for the early check in , room was very clean and tidy with no issues , paid the extra £5 for ultimate WiFi which is definitely worth it Fantastic location for the the coronation street tour ( literally 5-10 min walk ) The only down side is the ridiculous price of the car park next door

What top service from Shelter and Lois . I stay at hotels most weeks and these guys are fantastic . Never had such a warm welcome . A real credit to your team . Helpful happy, I will defo come back here again . Great location food and staff . Top top service .

Lovely hotel and a lovely area . So clean and the staff were amazing especially in the restaurant. Food and cocktails were amazing! Staff went above on beyond down to even keeping my lost bank card and returning it to me .

Stayed to go to a concert at CoOp live…Brilliantly situated to get into the centre of Manchester short walk to tramline. Easy secure parking - discounted whilst staying at hotel. Room clean, comfortable, lovey bed! Great breakfast and welcoming staff.

We stayed here for two nights whilst exploring the area. The hotel, is well positioned at medi city UK, there is a car park right next door. Which should be discounted for hotel guests BUT the inefficient staff we paid the penalty £48 rather than. A discounted rate of £22. Arrival was easy but staff were don't overly welcoming or friendly. Room on 10th floor was large but only a modest amount of natural light. As expected the Bedwas comfortable, but the none feather pillows (required because of all.ergies) was like resting your head on a brick patio. I had to use the bath towel to get some support and a degree of comfort. Next morning staff were great, with helpful suggestions and directions on public transport to go to the nearby RHS garden On return to the hotel we discovered the housekeeping team automatically disable all keys regardless of length of stay, meaning trip back to reception to get keys replaced.

Room not as clean as expected, sheet too small for the bed, pillows very uncomfortable, staff on reception not welcoming at all
