Outside appearance looks a bit sketchy however once inside the service and the rooms are outstanding and clean.

The outside miss sells the inside which is rather immaculate and beautiful and clean. The benches outside don’t look Ohio’s and truly representative of the inside and the entrance through reception.

The staff were so friendly from the moment we arrived to the moment we left .. in all areas of the hotel .. our room was upgraded for free and it was a lovely room. Comfy bed and the room was clean. Asked for my usual extra pillows and T bags and they were brought to my room within 5 min.. one evening We had a meal in the restaurant and it was fabulous food. If I am ever in Manchester again I would return to the hotel ..

Cottage room was not part of the main building and looked tired. Room was actually ok but there was a sign that clearly stated no smoking and the corridor stank of smoke. Position of room meant the outside light was shining into room overnight. Bathroom was good and the breakfast was great

Staff members very pleasant, allowed us an earlier then normal check in as our flight was very early in morning, location to Old Trafford within 10 mins walk and still less then 10 mins taxi run to either Trafford centre or etihad either side. Rooms clean, would recommend. Only negative and it’s minor was we couldn’t adjust the radiator and it was always on, made the room pretty warm at night, overall very good experience at the heart on Manchester.
