Overall it is a good experience staying in Trafford Hall Manchester. Breakfast are great which provide various choice from the menu, but limited choice for Asian food in the menu. Hotel room and toilet are clean, but a bit disappointed that they didn't provide drinking water, toothbrush and toothpaste.

Arrived at the hotel yesterday - room pleasant enough and a good location near to the city. Arrived back to the room after a first day out - beds unmade and the room was unserviced which was disappointing. Not impressed at £100+ a night to have to go to reception at 11pm to ask for the basics of tea, coffee and milk and clean cups. This would be something I would expect in a hotel as a minimum with the beds made daily- apparently they are done every 3rd day??? Not very impressed that basic housekeeping is not provided daily and that this isn’t mentioned when booking the property - very disappointing. If you are expecting a 4 star hotel - and the hotel describes itself (from the website) : Our boutique hotel in Manchester provides everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay - will find everything you need in our unique four-star Manchester hotel You may also be disappointed as this isn’t the service I would expect from a 4 star hotel. With a couple of days to go … I hope the service improves 🤷♀️

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Newly renovated room was so comfortable, spacious and clean. Shower was great. Smart TV with plenty of channels. Great Breakfast and a great location for the tram. All of the staff are really friendly, polite and helpful and a credit to Kerala. Thanks guys ..Mark and Miz x

Absolutely lovely from start to finish the Receptionist where so friendly and helpful, the staff at breakfast the breakfast itself was also really good warm and plentyof choose and the room was fresh and clean very large and adequate for 3 people

This hotel has some amazing, original architectural features but is quite ‘tired’ and in need of a refurbishment. Rooms are comfortable but more water came out of the back of the shower head than front. Food in the ‘restaurant’ (bar area) is lovely. Not sure why smoke detector in room was covered? Not a ‘destination’ hotel, but convenient for our purposes.

Former grand hotel/house which has seen better days. Its pretty obvious that it caters for football & cricket fans due to its ideal location for both Old Traffords!
