This place is basic but okay for the price. It needs some TLC but that isn't the problem. The owners require at refundable £250 security deposit that apparently will be refunded within 14 days. That unfortunately isn't the case and the owners are currently ignoring me. They were prompt and forthcoming prior to my stay however they are actively ignoring me now. They also required photos of me and my 3 friends driving licences. It all felt a bit suspicious to me. I would AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I had an incredibly frustrating experience that compelled me to share my feedback. Upon arriving at the designated location, I found myself waiting somewhere around the building for an extended period, eagerly anticipating the arrival details that were supposed to be provided promptly. To my dismay, not only did I not receive any log-in information, but my numerous calls and messages seeking assistance went completely unanswered. The lack of communication left me stranded and feeling completely abandoned as I stood outside with no access to the accommodation I had booked. This not only disrupted my travel plans but also left me in a vulnerable situation. To make matters worse, when I attempted to address this issue with *********** customer service, the response I received was shockingly unhelpful. I was informed that I couldn't get a refund, leaving me without any recourse for the inconvenience and stress caused by this neglectful experience. This complete lack of responsiveness and the refusal to offer a refund is utterly unacceptable. As a customer, I expect a basic level of service, including timely communication and support when facing issues.

This stay was full of nothing but deceit. I was asked for a £250 security deposit, along with my bank details- I had no issue with doing this, I stay in many hotels and accommodation where they do so, however they always take these types of deposits on temporary basis and will always have them back within a few days if not instantly. When I asked when I’ll get it back, they said they keep it for 2 weeks and they had no reasoning for this. I had no warning of the deposit needed, nor was there any information in regards to the wait. I spoke with another hotel stayer, and they had no idea either. They are running their hotel with complete dishonesty and I would really advise to stay away.

DO NOT STAY HERE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. As you'll see from all of the other reviews (which I wish I had read prior to booking via ***********) this place demands a £250 security deposit before you check in, which they claim to return within 14 days but I have not yet received mine and doubt I will. I'm having to claim via ***********. Before you check in they will message you straight back demanding the deposit, but afterwards they fail to respond and won't answer the phone. Apar**ent was not in the slightest bit luxury, this is a total misrepresentation. Dingy, no curtains, unclean, not even a mirror in the bathroom. 2 staff were very rude and abrupt upon checking in. DO NOT book this place if you can't afford to lose the £250 deposit, on top of the price for the room.

they requested an onsite £250 deposit and stated it would be returned in a max of 14 days - I am at day 21 and still no deposit, they wont answer phones or emails, the electrics are out of date (test cert) fire extinguisher test out of date

YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK!!! We stayed in the apar**ents on 1 September as we were watching cricket. Arrived and was shocked at how wrong the description was when it stated executive and luxury. This is far from being correct! We had to pay a deposit of £250 that was to be refunded within 14 days. We received our deposit yesterday from *********** as nobody at Green apar**ents would answer the phone or reply to messages. There was no reason for the deposit not being refunded but this seems to be a recurring problem for people who stay and clearly the owners are trying to scam customers out of money. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering booking to stay thinks again!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Hotel came 12 hours before check-in with the bank transfer details for the deposit, and put the blame on us. We could not pay the deposit by card or cash, but the apar**ent had been paid for. We couldn't check in but we are £160 poorer. Even *********** couldn't help. They are just scammers!

Do not book this place . I booked 4 apar**ents ‘ paid £250 each deposit and paid £1000 for the 4 apar**ents . Still not received the deposit . They are scammers .please aware this place and don’t book it . You will struggle to get the deposit . I have complained to *********** and they are handling the case now .
