When I entered the reserved accommodation, it wasn't cleaned at all and there wasn't enough bedding.
I was thankful that I raised the issue and upgraded my room.
However, when checking out, I had to request and pay the city tax of 14 euros instead of 10 euros suggested on the reservation voucher.

Staff were rude. At checkin she chose to answer many calls meaning checkin took a very long time
No directions given. Tried to checkout and apparently the remote for air con had to be taken down but no one tells you this
Staff were so rude
Meals were below average. A Buffett dinner and breakfast but the serving trays were empty and not refilled
The rooms were very noisy and aircon didn’t work so well
Had to park a very long way away and two people damaged cars because of narrow road

Room wasn't the cleanest. Bit regimental with rules. Dog in next apar**ent kept barking.
Staff were very friendly. Facilities were ok. Will need a little revamp in next few years.

Positive experience: perfect place for families. Newly renovated apar**ents with very well equipped and brand new bathroom and kitchen. Common areas, paths and stairs are in great need of maintenance.
