the kids really enjoyed staying we loved the pool and whirlpool we’ll definitely be back soon the breakfast was ok waffles and orange juice was so good the receptionist lady on first shift was very nice

This is our favorite Hotel to stay at when visiting Racine. Front desk always very welcoming and accommodating. Over all staff does an amazing job. Have also recommended this hotel to family and friends.

I was certainly impressed with the friendliness of the staff. My room was very clean and quite comfortable. I had a great workout in the fitness center to start my day, followed by a delicious hot breakfast on the first floor. I highly recommend if a stay is required in Sturtevant, Wi.

Superb stay. Visited couple times in area for work and decided to come with family and I enjoyed both time. Staff is well training. Manager is very helpful and understanding. Breakfast was outstanding. Rooms are very clean and well maintained.

The staff is helpful and the hotel was kept clean. The trouble I had with a room was fixed asap by Cherika. She was more than helpful and understanding of my situation. The rooms are clean which means the staff is properly trained. Pride in the company and for customers is high. That holds value and the price on the room also helps in these crazy times in America. I will be back each time I travel to Wisconsin. It will several times this year. If the cost and high standards stay the same. Reminder to managers you’re only as good as your employees value their work and pride. It always shows and means the world to people that see it. Trusting a hotel to be clean and safe is a huge deal. The facility is quite dated, but mostly clean. There was a grape juice? stain in the carpet. The desk chair was broken and I basically fell thru the middle. A couple of cabinet doors were loose and wouldnt shut. There were not enough lights, at least for someone with cataracts. A light bulb was out. The outlets were old and plugs fell out easily. They had a Keurig-branded coffeemaker and 4 k-cups of good quality coffee. The headboard trim was coming off. The breakfast was slightly better than average they had sausage links and fried potatoes and scrambled eggs in addition to the usual waffles and cereal. The orange juice was all water, not even up to military standards. The view out the window was the front entrance roof, luckily the light wasnt working or I would have been blinded all night even with the drape closed; and you could see that it had been covered with a very worn plastic tarp held in place by rocks for many many years. The first room I had stank of smoke, and I am pretty sure someone knew this because the bathroom fan was running when I entered; but when I complained about it they gave me a different one that did not stink. The surrounding area is a cluster of hotels in an industrial region. The hotel was quiet even tho I was right next to the elevator. The elevator was slow and the "close door" button was disconnected so you got to look at the lobby a lot.
