Room had no towels in it. The bed sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed since the last guest. When I went to front desk, numerous times, no one was there to assist.

The place was very dirty. Bathrooms are full of black mold, dingy and dirty. We asked for non smoke and it the stench of smoke was unbearable. 1 week and they never changed the sheets. The pillows are very flat from over use. It was gross. I wish them well, it was just a very badly and poorly maintained place. I'll never go back there again.

No hot water no clean towels no tv in room . This hotel needs to be shut down . No manager on duty person working had no idea what to do
