No hot water for bathing

Dirtiest hotel we have ever seen. Everything broken, old and dingy. Plaster crumbling from the walls, shower moldy and broken, no attention to detail - most of our group slept in jogging suits because all the beds were so dirty

Disaster. The booked suite turned out to be an outdated, dirty room, see photos. Worn out, drain blocked, water rusty, dirty, cobwebs, ants in the bed... Unbelievable how anyone can even offer a room like that. The whole house is rather dirty and dingy.

They do not have air conditioning and the cleaning is terrible, the breakfast is painted in a way in the advertising and has nothing to do with the place once you arrive, the place really disappoints, it smells a lot of cigarettes all the time in the lobby and breakfast area , the coffee maker dirty, beds dirty underneath, the only good thing we can say is that it is close to the Milaneo shopping plaza. If you use metro transport, consider that you have to climb stairs because it is about 10 minutes from the nearest metro station, you can find places Much better for the same price nearby. Spiders in the room, cobwebs due to lack of good cleaning. Honestly it wouldn't be an option to return.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa specie di hotel un mese fa( scrivo solo ora x mancanza di tempo)con un gruppo,nn Abbiamo mai visto tanta maleducazione e strafottenza nei confronti dei clienti,le camere nn vengono pulite tutti i giorni e se vuoi gli asciugamani puliti devi andare a prenderteli in hall,il cibo scadente e scarso,nn rispettano gli accordi presi nel momento della prenotazione,le camere con odore di chiuso,senza riscaldamento in bagno,la struttura sembra una prigione,in mezzo al nulla assolutamente,pure fatiscente,anni di soggiorni presso questa catena di hotel e mai vista una cosa del genere assolutamente da sconsigliare sotto ogni punto di visita

Das Hotel ist für eine Übernachtung bei Firmenreisen ok. Frühstücksbuffet fällt spärlich aus und Fitnessraum ist heruntergekommen. Die Zimmerausstattung ist teilweise gut, teilweise aber auch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Ich würde das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.
