Facilities: It’s difficult to comment without having breakfast and drinking wine at the hotel

Service: The front desk is not very efficient, but it is normal in Germany. They are gentle and friendly.
The hotel does not use a room card, but a key. It is quite big and unique. You need to lock the door and take it with you when you go out. Check out next door or on the same floor in the morning. You can hear the sound from the corridor when you stay in the room. Everything else is very good. The hotel is not Toiletries are provided, so it’s better to bring them yourself. If you don’t bring them, you can go to the supermarket downstairs to buy them. There are very cheap supermarkets! Eating breakfast is very convenient. I don’t dare to eat it inside the hotel or wake up and go to the shopping street downstairs to eat. But the hotel breakfast is actually not expensive.

A noi l’hotel è piaciuto molto e ci torneremmo volentieri. La posizione è ottima, a 2 min a piedi dalle metro U e S (una fermata dalla stazione centrale) a un passo dalla strada principale pedonale e 5 minuti a piedi dal cuore della città. Servizi, negozi e ristoranti tutti vicinissimi. La nostra camera comoda spaziosa con letto king-size, divano letto per il piccolo e doppio bagno (junior suite). La colazione molto buona, soprattutto per il salato, l’abbiamo trovata davvero di qualità, con salmone, affettati e formaggi di ottima scelta. Avrei implementato il dolce, con poca scelta e non rimpinguato a dovere durante l’orario della colazione. Lo staff è stato veloce e disponibile quando abbiamo avuto bisogno. È vero che l’hotel è datato, ma non vecchio, piuttosto vintage. Si nota un lusso di altri tempi, con boiserie e lampade in ottone fatte a mano che ormai non si trovano piu. Su questo mi permetto di consigliare la proprietà di valorizzare questo aspetto con un design un po’ più audaci, perché l’arredamento attuale è un po’ mortificato dai toni del beige onnipresenti, le tendine in poliestere e le luci tristine. Affidatevi ad un arredatore con uno stile eclettico che potrebbe trasformare il vostro hotel in un gioiello. Avrei dato 4,5 ma non si puó, peccato

Wir haben eine bessere Kategorie in eine unrenovierte Suite erhalten. Der Schlafraum hatte kein Fenster und war deshalb dunkel. Der Frühstücksraum hatte noch eine Einrichtung aus den 80er Jahren. Das Frühstücksbufett war übersichtlich aber ausreichend.
