Hotel Astoria Stuttgart City

The hotel has no staff who know what they are doing. Agreements between the team are not kept, the guests are lied to! The guest is labelled as ***** and treated as such. Promises are made to the guests that are not kept. Instead, the guests are literally ripped off for money, e.g. charging €20 PER DAY for parking or €25 PER DAY for an extra bed for a 1-year-old child is an absolute disgrace. Especially since, despite repeated requests, a hotel employee assured us by telephone that the extra bed would be put in the room free of charge. After discussing the multiple inconveniences with a colleague on the night shift, we were assured that the costs would be refunded or waived, which was revoked the next day by another employee. There is only one thing that comes to mind: A DIRTY SHOP WITHOUT ANY AGREEMENT, TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! The room was also dirty and run down and the bed linen stank (SMELLED OF OLD SWEAT!!!) I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone in ANY way!!!

The hotel is in a good location in the city center, 5 minutes from the S-Bahn and König Straße. Facilities are normal but there is no kettle. Bed is super comfortable. Good for short trips. Great WiFi connection I can recommend the hotel

The house is suitable for personal travel and respite. It is recommended to add air conditioning to improve the guest's perception.

They didn't let me stay at all. The front desk of the hotel was an old man, and he looked like he was discriminating against Chinese people. His passport photo wasn't enough, but any other hotel would have been fine. Besides, I was so old and couldn't stay home and still worked as the receptionist. In the end, What makes me angry is that the police were called before I even said a few words. I was scared to death by your hotel in my childhood before I grew up. It was rubbish. It was past 11 o'clock at night in Germany. I was forced to do it. I went to find a hotel with my friends again. I had a family visitor and booked a hotel in the evening because I was anxious to go out, so I didn’t bring my original passport. In short, Chinese people should not stay in this kind of rubbish hotel.
