Good hotel

No air conditioning, no vending machine for drinks, the room was too narrow

あまり広くはないけど、清潔感があって良かったです。 朝食もまあまあで、コストを考えると満足出来ました。

參加展會來的，房間很好，前台人員有個別態度不好。

周圍沒有吃飯得地方。

Restaurant was closed both Sunday and Monday Nothing around as options since in industry area They don’t sell drinks or snacks on property.

Thevhotel staff were all very professional, friendly, helpful and overall the best we encountered during our 3 weeks traveling across Europe.

Poor service. Bookings we’re missing and they did not want to help even with my name clearly on the screen. Don’t take card payments and not linked to restaurant so meals booked were cancelled and we had to get the tube to another hotel to eat

Stay was nice. Just 2 days. Room was hot, but fan was in closet. Shower was beautiful. Everything was clean. Carpet on the room floors, but was ok. Seems like cleaning staff left in a hurry on Monday 31st. Room door across from me was left open since I left at 1215 pm. Saw the cleaning cart in the other side of the hall, so figured they were still around. Went to my car around 10 pm and told counter staff the door was left open. Rm 119. It had not been cleaned. She said she would check. Around midnight, back to my car, door still open. I closed it. I walked to cleaning cart loaded with water and cannot remember what else and saw it was parked next to the supply closet, because that door was wide open. I closed it. Seemed very odd.

The room was very hot - no air conditioning.

Clean,quite ,safe and awesome...totally satisfied

Hotel needs a major renovation. The price per night is not worth it.
