The room is small, minimalist style, and has no personal items. However, it will not have much impact if we only transfer for one night. The front desk service is very good and the bar on the first floor is beautifully decorated.

Our room had a single comforter and a single towel. When we asked the guy at the front desk for additional ones, he stated that house keeping must have set it up as a single instead of a double and he would send someone up with extras quickly. They never showed up and the rooms dont have phones to call the front desk to ask about the status of requests. I am striking this chain off of my places I will look at in the future.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the service was fantastic and the hotel is in a great location - very handy to shops and the Christmas markets. Everything was great except the WIFI, which was terrible.

Location and Bar are great. Rooms are typical Motel One, small but acceptable. Breakfast not bad. But someone tried to get additional money via attempting my credit card after a week of my stay!!!!

Walking distance from Stuttgart central station. REWE and Galeria shopping mall are right at the corner, very close to the shopping street where you can find restaurants, McDonald's, BurgerKing, dm and lots of shops.
Staff are friendly, nice design in the hotel, breakfast is good like many of German hotels, not rich but you get all you need and delicious.
The only issue is that, the room cost is very high during period of trade fairs.
