Dormitory room for a budget teenagers. Best saving but harsh environment. Good luck. Of course, no air-conditioning.

Good management from the A&O Stuttgart branch. Good housekeeping. Facilities are complete in a compact building. Great location, just within minutes from Milchof station. Alles gute! Some suggestions, it will be better if there is a notice to the guests regarding drinking water directly from water tap, assessing to guest kitchen and laundry room. The receptionist seems to be overwhelmed by all those minor enquiry, which could be improved. In overall, a great place to stay!

Our overall experience is very disappointing. The level of hygiene is very low, dangerous to stay with children. We have stayed at the hostel for 9 nights as a family with 3 young children, booked a Family Room. Unfortunately, our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. Hostel guests have to book a room cleaning through the App. We have done it almost every day, also requested the room cleaning at the front desk, no one came to clean the room. We had to contact the Trip.com customer service to complain. There was no positive result. The staff at the hostel barely speaks German, the level of hospitality is very disappointing. After complaining a few days in a row to the hostel Manager about the situation, he couldn't help, but provided a single voucher to try breakfast, the room was not cleaned at all. The breakfast stations are not getting refilled, when we arrived in the morning there were only bread and drinks left. Guests had to ask to refill cheese, yogurt and salami at least to have something to eat. There is a bar inside the lobby area, hostel guests are drinking alkohol in the evening and getting too loud until late at night, making it impossible to sleep well, the hostel staff is helpless.

Good for a short night, no air conditioning in the bedroom. The rooms was in the basement and windows was open to keep the room cool without much effectiveness.

I paid for the room and the €3 city tax through Trip.com. However, the hotel couldn’t see the payment in their system and made me pay the €3 tax again because of their system error. I asked to speak with the manager, but even after they made several phone calls, they couldn’t resolve the issue. I even showed them screenshots from my bank account proving that I had already paid the full amount, including the tax. In the end, they never refunded the extra €3 that I was forced to pay twice. I do not recommend this hotel. Avoid staying here.

Arrived early to check in and was asked not to enter room until 3 which is perfectly acceptable as that was the check in time. I went to my room at 4:30pm, old sheets left on my bed, empty bottles, rubbish, used tissues and something was spilled over the bed and the frame. I went to tell the workers at reception and they just gave me new sheets without ever cleaning my bed- which is what the 3pm check in would usually have allowed for. String smell of cigarette smell in the room, and being on the top floor means that wasn’t from outside. I did not stay here after this and left for a hotel instead, of which had reasonable pricing and excellent cleanliness

Room was so big and also beds. Except a fact that bed 1 and 2 are connected, everything was okay. Transportation, I can’t say it’s perfect, but it was really nice.
