The hotel room is relatively small. But the parking area is not very obvious, the parking lot is across the street. There is a shopping mall next to it, which is very convenient. There are restaurants and grocery stores.

The hotel looks new and well designed. It operates like a hostel though, equipped with essential amenities only. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, it has easy access to supermarkets but limited choices of restaurants. Staff are polite. Rooms are clean and spacious. But cleaning takes place every other day. Breakfast average.

Sometimes the service staff is not at the counter and needs to be contacted by phone. It is not a big problem. The service staff is friendly and the breakfast here is delicious and cheap. Unfortunately, I accidentally booked breakfast for two guests and cannot get a refund.
The location is convenient. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the city by car without having to change trains.
The room was not soundproofed, that was the only drawback, I could hear the people next door snoring and the children in other rooms crying.
