Rezeption friendly and knowledgeable at this family run hotel. Service also friendly including the breakfast staff who laid out a sufficient breakfast.

Hotel Gloria ist ein gutes Business Hotel. Unser Zimmer 210 war nicht sehr groß,das Bad sehr eng, aber adequat und modern. Der Service ist gut, Frühstück ebenfalls. Da das Hotel sehr stark frequentiert wird (Musical-Besucher) wird das Buffett nicht immer sofort aufgefüllt, aber auf Nachfrage klappt es. Die Bedienungen sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir kommen gerne wieder, auch weil man in 7 Min. zum Bahnhof gehen kann.Sehr gute Verbindung bis zur Schleyer-Halle/Porsche Arena.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, das Personal war sehr nett und das Frühstück war gut. Obwohl es durch die hohe Anzahl der Gäste etwas eng und hektisch wurde, blieb das Personal ruhig und zuvorkommend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden bei einem nächsten Musicalbesuch die Unterkunft wieder in anspruch nehmen. Tolles Team

Frühsrück gut und völlig ausreichend,Servicepersonal sehr freundlich und bemüht! Nur die Dame beim Check-in war sehr maulfaul,nicht informierend und unfreundlich!
