The management of this hotel clearly needs improvement! We had to change rooms even though we had paid for 2 consecutive nights, the room offered for the second day was on the third without an elevator, very difficult to access with a spiral staircase, dangerous with small children, and to top it off, they told us charged extra to take another room! It's a shame because the setting is nice
