Bellissima struttura, ben arredata e dotata di ogni comfort. Stanza splendida con jacuzzi e bagno spazioso. Colazione eccellente e molto ricca. Molto carino l'outdoor con servizio bar dalla piscina. Situato nel carinissimo borgo di Santillana.

El trato genial. La habitación super bien!!!todo muy limpio y el desayuno exquisito. La unica pega que pondría es que las camas son muy blanditas para mi gusto. El personal muy amable y atento en todo momento. Nos recomendaron varios lugares donde comer y todo un acierto!!

We had a great time in Hotel Cueves!!! A very high class hotel with great facilities. The stuff were very nice and helpful. Parking inside the hotel i very convenient. Breakfast was delightful with a big verity of dishes. Would highly recommend this hotel!

El hotel es perfecto, las habitaciones amplias y preciosas con jacuzzi. El personal maravilloso y muy atento y respetuoso. Tiene detalles que no he obtenido en ningún otro sitio.Desayuno buffet completisimo con plancha al momento. Es nuestra cuarta vez y no será la ultima. Nunca defrauda.

Acabamos de volver de pasar un fin de semana maravilloso en este hotel. El edificio no dice mucho por fuera, pero según entras a la recepción y ves el precioso jardín vertical te das cuenta de lo bonitas y cuidadas que están las instalaciones. La habitación estaba exactamente igual que las fotos que muestran en su página web. El desayuno es ESPECTACULAR no falta de nada. La única pena que nos ha quedado es que el tiempo no ha acompañado y no hemos podido disfrutar de la piscina y jacuzzi exterior. Así ya tenemos excusa para volver en otra ocasión. Muchas gracias a todos los empleados del hotel que hacen que todo esté perfecto y que la estancia sea genial.

We stayed at this modern hotel for one night on our tour and wished we could have stayed longer. The bedrooms were out of this world, so comfortable. The guy who made our G+Ts in the garden did so brilliantly. Our breakfast was cooked to order and well worth the extra cost. We couldn't use the pool or hot tub as it wasn't warm enough. The leaving gift was so thoughtful for our onward journey.

Un lugar ideal para alojarse, con un personal excepcional, y un ambiente tranquilo y acogedor, donde descansar, desconectar y relajarse. Ubicado en uno de los sitios más bonitos de España. Sus 17 trabajadores es sin duda lo mejor del hotel

Nuestra experiencia fue inmejorable. Sobre todo por el trato y amabilidad exquisita del equipo del hotel. ¡Sois maravillosos! Desayuno excelente. Muy bien situado a la entrada del pueblo pero a pocos pasos del acceso a la parte histórica del pueblo y súper tranquilo. Jardines y zona de la piscina de lujo. Habitación y cama de diez. Si tuviera que ponerle alguna nota negativa sería que la decoración me resultó algo recargada, demasiado exuberante para mi gusto personal; algo que a otros viajeros que puede que les encante. Tampoco me gustan los vídeos promocionales de parejitas enamoradas que pasan por las pantallas y que son totalmente de telenovela. Ya digo: es absolutamente personal. Hotel de 10. Si volvemos a Santillana del Mar, volveremos a Cuevas. Recomendable al 100%.
