Clean, spacious and comfortable accommodation. Toilet cleanliness is also good & equipped with brush and toothpaste & body shampoo. Tv with lots of Chanel selection & clear pictures. Only one iron is provided outside the room & is quite far away

房間像酒店那種，客棧類型，空間較少。但是服務很好，24小時都有。我問前台幫忙叫grab，也可以幫忙叫。真的很謝謝他，因為早上5點太難叫車了。

i booked and paid for a family room (1 Queen bed + 1 single bed) but i was given a superior room (1 bed only). The reason given was all family rooms were fully booked and occupied. The staff said there is a faulty in the booking system (third party like Trip.Com). The staff said I was lucky enough since there was only one superior room available. I am surely lucky since my daughter need to go back to Johor. Just left me and my wife. Otherwise the room is not enough for us (3 of us).
overall about the hotel was good, just the booking incident is a bad experience for me. I booked and paid for a family room but was given a superior room.
