We have 54 Non Smoking rooms however at that time those weren't available. We admitted that we gave anti odor spray but it didn't help much. We have coordinated this with HRD to hold refresher training which is useful for increasing hospitality to our guests who are staying overnight. And regarding nothing bottled mineral water in the room, we implement go green environmentally friendly without plastic bottles and listed on the signage notifications in the room, we provide glass pitchers and mineral water in the guest corridor according to drinking water needs.
