My booking was 1 king bed + 1 sofa bed. When I checked in was told only have one king bed In the room for 2 adult 1 child. Called to the person in charge he told I need refer to Trip.com. Really terrible. When taking shower, found 2 cockroaches on the basin! Unfortunately, hand phone was charging and not with me. Cannot take the picture. Old and broke. Not worth for money.

everything is below expectations.. the econ is very dirty, noisy, leaking pipes, remote controller share battery (tv & econ) even the floor is very dangerously inflated. no wifi, no microwave. I suggest the owner should focus on customer comfort

The owner's response took so long that I waited a long time, I was really disappointed that I was slow to respond and waited a long time to wait for the access card

The keys are picked up from the lockers, there is no front desk, and even Ctrip couldn't contact the staff.

The shower head is broken and the water is leaking. There is no WiFi and no carpark provided. The overall room is dark and not bright. The room smells musty. I will not come here again. It’s terrible.
