The hotel's location is excellent, with direct access to Sunway Lagoon and a shopping mall. However, the room we were assigned was tiny, and to make matters worse, it had a 'sea view' of a Hot Pot restaurant! 😂 😂 I guess its only redeeming quality is the location; the room is barely big enough to sleep in...

Friendly service and comfortable room. Breakfast spread had a wide variety as well. Location was very convenient as it was directly connected to Sunway Pyramid Mall and convention center. Definitely would have a return stay in the future

Really convenient location near Sunway. There's a shopping mall right downstairs with tons of dining options. It's much more convenient to stay here in Sunway than in downtown Kuala Lumpur.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and it was very convenient for getting around. The surrounding area was also great. Although I didn't get to visit the water park inside, it looked really nice. The breakfast was good too. Definitely worth considering!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at this resort!
The towels provided in my room had visible stains, which was very unpleasant and unacceptable for a 5 star hotel.
We checked in yesterday at Sunway Resort and stayed in a Grand Deluxe Room, paying almost RM1000 per night. It is extremely disappointing to receive such poor service and cleanliness at this price point.
