Facilities was ok eventhough it’s a bit old. Breakfast was nightmare. Staff that clean the table is polite. However, there’s one staff that in charge of frying eggs for guests is extremely rude. When we rejected the cold egg and requested fresh egg to be fried, he showed his attitude, there was no queue, but he purposely fry the egg with low heat to make us wait, while he left the station and chit chat with his other colleague. When egg was burnt, he tossed the plate to us. With no respect to guest at all. He is the one on the left , white shirt black apron. I hope the management will look into how their guest is being treated.

Poor location. Inexperience front desk personnel. Very far from city centre & the jam along the highway to town is tremendously time consuming. Long walking distance to the sub-way station. The hotel looks run down & old with poor maintenance. The room smells. The toilet gets flooded & water spills over to the bed room all the time. The only compliment is the shopping mall adjacent to the hotel, even though it's a mid-size mall but you can get your food & snacks there. The other shopping mall is 15 minutes walking distance. If you are not familiar with Kuala Lumpur & would want to have easy access to tourist sites, don't book this hotel.
