The hotel is clean, the breakfast is complete, there is a kids corner and for children's food there are Yupi candies, donuts, marshmallows. My child likes it. The swimming pool is large, clean and there is a hot tub. There are houses for rabbits and deer. Children's play area. Friendly service. Highly recommended.

Location is great just in the heart of Lembang and easy to locate with google maps. Not in main street so the hustle and bustle of traffic will not disturb you. The property is like a big modern house. Looks new and properly maintained. Car and motor parkings are available for free. They even give 15 mins free use of motorcycle. We are a family of 7 so we rented a deluxe triplet and a deluxe with extra bed requested when checked in. Both rooms are on 2nd floor, really nice, exactly as their photos. Clean, comfortable, big enough. Our rooms don't have AC but Lembang is cold enough, no need AC. Cable tv has most international channels we need. They don't provide breakfast but instant cereals, instant noodles and bottled water are provided for free. On 1st floor you can use their pantry. The deluxe room's bathroom is very small but the deluxe triplet's have bigger and nicer bathroom. Hot water works just perfect. Just a small detail but quite important - no clothes hanger in bathroom, made us difficult to change after shower. I personally don't like the furry blanket as it made me itchy. Last but not least, the staff are polite and helpful. We really enjoy our stay and will definitely come back!

The condition of the villa is very good. Villa with a minimalist Japanese-style house design and very cool air. Service and service is very good. Receptionist (Mba Wina & Alfitri) very helpful and friendly. Disadvantages: - the facilities around the villa are less ok, like not too well maintained - The swimming pool is only for children and the water is really cold and not clean - the bathroom door was broken 2x and it locked itself and couldn't be opened (but the staff immediately fixed it) Overall quite satisfied because the villa is ok, friendly staff But the facilities around the villa are not OK and complete. It would be better if there was a pool with warm water or a playground for children to play

Outstanding hotel, nice view with a bunch of kids activities. Rizky Front office staff gave us excellent service very friendly and helpful. Also Roslita restaurant staff in charge very understanding with our conditions (family with 3 kids). Definitely will return for next weekend

Located at Lembang, air was fresh and cool. The architecture of the hotel was breathtaking and a lot of places to take pics. I personally like the Kids Cads, as their are activities for kids and the caretaker is highly attentive and experienced in children education. Pool was great but due to rain, the heated pool still feels cold especially for kids. Room was not as spacious as we thought it would be, but it's just okay and mini bar was free. Coffee from Inspira was actually good and i had it several cups. The twin bed is too small even for me and my 4 yo toddler to sleep in. Despite the low occupancy during fasting month and a request note for large bed, we didn't manage to get what we wanted. Food was okay, but i wish they have more varities of food especially menus that are more kids friendly like pasta. We tried both restaurants, Semeja and Monomono, found that we like monomono better. The overall experience was good. My kid likes to feed the fish, swim and play at the kids Cads. I love the plants nursery and gym. All staffs are very friendly.

Fresh, friendly, cozy and nice place to stay along bandung. Spacious chamber as well as delicious meal at breakfast experience. Two thumbs up. Guest supplies untuk dilengkapi lagi karna tidak ada sisir. Tapi untuk pelayanan restorannya sangat puas , ibu shella. Mba lilif , mba cherry , dan mba gita sangat ramah dan sangat membantu

This hotel is unique, not so tall but from the rooftop you can see the surrounding view well. When the staff came, they upgraded the room with better facilities.staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast food that can be said was complete and delicious. Don't forget check in and check out very easy.

we would like to extends our thanks to # Mr. Hadi the Front office manager for his hospitality, provide us great view of room with all our preferences and late checkout 13.00. # Mr. Devi the manager on duty for the fast response solved AC room problems. # last but not least Chef Walijan for Provide our good breakfast even its serve to the room (no buffet during pandemic). 2022 I checked in at this hotel, I forgot the month. The first time I entered the hotel lobby was greeted by the receptionist, as far as I know named elsa CMIIW. The first photo I had permission from him at the time of fixing the broken flasher, swiftly with good speech I think giving a lot of tips is fine. I think he is the most kind, friendly, sprightly staff I've ever met 😍. The second photo, when I checked in again, it was seen that there were spots on the bed sheet. I complained by calling the receptionist, it turned out that there was no answer when I got off at the receptionist counter, there was no one, I was surprised that the staff was smoking in the front restaurant. After waiting 60 minutes - 90 minutes finally the other staff changed the bed sheet, at that time I came out because I wanted to shop. The third photo was back at the hotel at night and when I opened the bed sheet it was still stained like blood 😭. In the fourth photo, the lights suddenly flickered like in a club shortly afterwards turned off. I decided to checkout that night, again and again there was no one at receptionist! I decided to put the hotel key at the receptionist and did not take my deposit because I was fed up and annoyed. I hope to pay more attention in terms of staff aspects and room cleanliness.

I used to stay in Sukajadi hotel for so many times with my family, cant exactly remember how many times but it was a lot, we used to love the room, the service, and the food was great too! And this time me and my family came back to visit Bandung and decided to stay at this hotel, as a repeater guest, we expecting the same service & facities that we used to experienced, but unfortunately this visit is truly disappointing, the first room we enter was very dirty, a lot of hairs from the previous guest was everywhere in the bathroom, the room doesn’t even have any toothbrush, I called and asked to the staff but they told me they don’t have any toothbrush available, but then the housekeeping staff who passed by our room said it is available and he gave me the toothbrush (?) the first room we enter doesn’t even have a wardrobe or any hanger available?! Then I asked to move my room to another room, its a twin bed and need to be converted to kingsize, nevermind, its better than the first room we had, but then still, the room is very outdated and not very clean, as we now very concern about covid 19 outbreak and expect hotel will do double check about the room cleanliness? Well.. wifi is terrible too, we can’t even have signal inside our room, super mood breaker! And the worst case is that our room (i booked 2 room for 1 night only) both of them doesnt have the hot water (is not working) engineering came to the room and said it takes times for the hot water to came out, well.. i waited for almost 20 min it still doesn’t came out? The staff says sorry and told us basically like “it is what it is... its like that...” anyway, now I can’t expect more / even expect anything from this hotel, truly disappointed, just an expression and honest review from me & my family. And 1 kudos only for the housekeeping staff who passed me the toothbrush brush and clean our second room, thankyou.
