The breakfast variety is relatively small, with only 4 options. Parking is convenient. Please note that when booking this hotel, the hotel will charge an additional 100 pesos/person/night environmental tax, which is not shown on the hotel booking page. Fortunately, we negotiated with Ctrip and finally solved this problem. The hotel waiters are very friendly.

Horizon is a fine hotel for this trip's purpose.
This I am delighted and not disappointed. The room was bigger than expected or needed. The location was as good as it gets, for me. The staff were courteous and professional.
Thus, for business or liesure travel in the SBMA, this hotel should be on anyone's shortlist.

Terrible customer service. We were planning to stay in this hotel and I called them and asked for their bank details to my e-mail since they don't have Viber to make a deposit for our stay. They told me that they will send it within the day but it never came. I followed it up again the next day and was told again that they would send it within the day but still it did't came. I looked for another hotel and they sent their bank details just after a few minutes. This hotel seems that they don't want to do business with you leaving me a bad impression with this hotel even though we haven't stayed here yet.
