Overall experience was okay, can be better. The pools were very well maintained and clean, the beach was fantastic, they have multiple activities to provide to their guest and the hotel was amazing! The spacious room we booked an accommodate up to 8 people !
Our overnight stay was not crowded compared to to the holidays, not much people but the downturn we experience was the service we received was slow. We used one of their pools and requested for a beach towel, after waiting and following up for more than 30 mins, we gave up and walk to our hotel shivering. The life guard who helped us followed up of our request said that the housekeeping was slow and many excuses though there were not much people. Second one was on the Naya restaurant bar and grill, as we observed the restaurant was not full yet our orders took an hour before it was served…..
Overall, the facilities was fantastic!

Unit very small, have mosquito and cockroach, my friend's unit is split type aircon, my unit window type aircon so noisy.
There is no kettle, have free bottle water .

This is my first time being scammed by a resort.
I made a reservation because the photos and reviews were good.
It felt like **** from the time I checked in.
When you bring in the drinks you bought, check how many cans there are.
You can pay for each can and take it home.
There is no mini refrigerator in the room.
It’s a water park resort, but there’s no hair dryer.
No matter where I go, this is my first time seeing something like this.
And the water park is just a children's playground.
I feel like I just went to a ruined resort.
I made a reservation for two days but only stayed for one day.
It's not soundproofed, it's noisy, and the breakfast is garbage.
I checked out right away and ran away.
It's just a resort, but even 30,000 won was a waste.

The beach is beautiful and the staffs were all friendly, accommodating and friendly.
I hope the management will add some condiments for complimentary in the room. It would be great if they would do that like any other resorts.
