Da molto tempo consumo i pasti in questo ristorante,in convenzione con la croce rossa italiana, direi veramente eccezionale come cucina, piatti molto curati, un po' abbondante per noi italiani, ma molto deliziosa! Voglio fare i complimenti allo staff prima di tutto della cucina per l'impegno nel preparare tantissimi prelibati piatti e un ringraziamento veramente meraviglioso alle cameriere professionali e competenti nel servire. Però il ringraziamento più bello è dolce va ad una cameriera che ci serve sempre con tanto affetto e professionalità Lidia M. Vuoldire tanto sapere parlare italiano con noi che non sappiamo la lingua Rumena. Siete tutti fantastici e continuate a lavorare come state facendo perché è la vostra carta vincente con i clienti e per un futuro sulla ristorazione!

Initially I thought I made Covid after tasting the wonderful "Ready to go" plate. Nothing I tasted from there had ANY taste. The chicken wings seemed to be made of plastic, dry. The smoky rib was cold, dry, probably brought straight from a barbecue party in the woods, two days ago. The steak was the only fresh one but without any taste, the potatoes becoming something of a decoration because together with the super salty pickles they were avoided by all of my friends and family after trying them. Said well "tried" because this was the only plateau with pretensions for the dear guests that I totally disappointed them with "the great praised restaurant". On top of that, two weeks ago, I was ordered a pizza that I couldn't even eat because it contained a horrible ham that was actually like something to give the dogs to eat. "Thank you from the bottom of my heart" for the service because every time we ordered something new we were "welcome" with those "beautiful and greatful" rolling eyes, and evil response, with serious professional deficiency. Only those waiters who were serving ice cream or you can see them smiling at customers. In conclusion, we want to say that we became shamed in front of the guests who somehow tried to convince us not to celebrate our kid's birthday there because, probably, they also went through of this few times in past here. Finally, from my all HEART, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE! What was in the beginning, or it's like a lottery, when you're lucky you choose good food, these don't make Ramiro a fine restaurant to ever return to.
