The hotel is a bit remote. Especially if you do not have a car. I was disappointed breakfast was not free. Room service is only on request, which was fine with me but I had not experienced that before.

Alex and Rey always make sure it’s the best hotel stay every time I visit ; it’s very clean and comfortable and in an excellent t location right at the lake. Beautiful views and areas to walk with the friendliest staff and great drinks at the bar

My stay here was amazing. My highlight of the stay was the breakfast crew helmed by Raymond Arazo. Wow! They really kicked it up a notch and especially the man himself for remembering each of our touring group with our orders! The best part, how nice they were.
