Terrible experience. Cockroaches in the bathroom, water taps had very low pressure. Won't recommend.

Had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Sugar Land, Texas. This property is very well managed, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Honorio Ray is the general manager, and Kimberly Wade is the assistant general manager—very nice folks. Worked out each day in the fitness, which is large and well equipped. A lovely property in a nice area.

I called and went in there 2 times, I left behind an item they said they would call me, never heard from them again. Stayed there twice, very noisy! We will never be back.

out of 4 nights we stayed there with a two month old infant, hotel lost power and temperature was below freezing point they had no backup to sort it out secondly when I approached the reception desk i was told very rudely that she had no control over power failure and they had no idea how long its going to take, awful experience specially when you have a infant with you plus lady at reception was way too rude. Avoid
