Clean and spacious room. Good breakfast. Convenient location. A huge grocery store and some nice restaurants are at walking distance.

Didn’t get the room we reserved, there was no TV or phones at the hotel for four days. Hardly get the bathroom door open and close as it wouldn’t move on the tracks, toilet paper holder, kept falling off the wall every time someone use the restroom.no courtesy or discount was given at the hotel whatsoever, nor did they seem to care about our reservation through *******

JoJo checked us in -she never made eye contact, she was rude and was unhelpful.
The TV and the phone did not work. Called front desk from cell phone and they said TV service was out. No offer to reduce rate or help. TV and phone did not work entire stay. Will never stay here again
