Hotel is standing opposite of lake in city center. Unfortunately I had a room viewing mountain behind. Room was not very clean - some spots and dirt on carpet. Rooms service didn’t remove 3 empty water bottles on bed table, nor changed dirty glasses to new ones. Battery in aircon remote was zero. Good breakfast is the best part.

算是在綏芬河不錯的酒店了。 酒店2023年開業，整體還很新。但是窗户周圍有一些發黴了。見圖4。 另外6層有部分房間窗外是平台，如果介意一定要提前跟前台説。 酒店沒有停車場，馬路邊免費停車，停車位也算充足（非高峯時間）。但是每停一晚車上都會掛上一層土，跟刮沙塵暴一樣。馬路上都是土，太臟了。
