The staffs are all decent and freindly despite they cannot speak english very well. My room is a little bit disappointed. I booked a single room with some request for the view, however, I got the room on the fifth floor with a blind window. In addition, my room have a pillar block space on the corner. This make the room even smaller than I thought. Overall, I do not recommend a single room on the fifth floor.

フロント係の男性(1人のみ)がアルバイトさんで、とても接客のマニュアルとはかけ離れた対応でした。
アルバイト？を採用する際は、きちんと適正を見るべきであり、そもそも社員教育をやらない？企業姿勢を疑問視します。清掃担当、レストラン担当の外国の方の方がホテルマンでした。

酒店就在南千里站旁邊，我們是開車的，站的旁邊就有一個停車場，20:00後停到第二天的08:00才¥300。酒店是比較舊，但整潔乾淨。酒店後面就是一個公園。

南千里駅直結、目の前には散歩に適した千里南公園。
駅には、スターバックスコーヒー、ミスタードーナツ、スーパー、コンビニ、ドラッグストア、くら寿司など充実した店多数。
室内は電気ポット、テレビは外国語対応。シャンプー類はフルボトルサイズ。便座が温かければ文句なし。ヘアドライヤーもあって、助かる。パジャマはガウンだけなので、ズボンもあれば尚良し。フロントでサービスのペットボトルの水をもらえた。
南千里駅は、山田駅に行けばモノレールに乗り継ぎできる立地の良さ。
