當天下雨，淋雨找不到房間，也沒有服務員帶路，這個酒店沒有前台，前台在自在谷酒店那裡，這裏三個酒店共用一個前台💁🏻自在谷環境很好，這邊像是很久沒人打理一樣，在山坡上開車進出也不方便，於是申請了換地方，服務員很熱心的幫我們換了，想去的朋友推薦定自在谷

設施：訂的是筱泉灣的套房，實際辦理入住是在自在谷，然後早餐也是自在谷的餐廳吃，兩個地方距離2公里，還是有一段距離的。筱泉灣有自己的活動中心和餐廳但是都沒有開放
衞生：都還可以 有點點黴味 不過這種環境難免都有點的 早上發現廁所有個手掌大的蜘蛛🕷️還是有點犯怵的
環境：挺好的
服務：滿意！找酒店不認路給他們打電話三秒就接聽了 空調不會用 聯繫他們微信也馬上回復 安排客房大姐過來幫忙操作 整體體驗都很不錯
