圖片上有陽台，就沒有特別提出要求，和朋友一起訂了兩件房，都是帶着孩子出來玩的，結果一進房間，發現兩間房全都是對着一個晾着內衣內褲的大露台、根本沒有圖片上的觀景陽台，
毫無風景也言。如果天氣好，能多出去走走也沒事，恰逢下雨，風景也看不到，衹能第二天一早退房走人。都是雙床房，如果有這麼大的懸殊，為啥不在價格上給出差別，或者預訂時作出説明。及其影響出遊的心情。在酒店吃了一個晚餐，價格比農家貴不説，菜品少，上菜極慢，彷彿完全沒有做好超過三桌的準備，就一桌在等，第一個菜等了半個小時，前前後後每個菜都要等十幾分鍾。還是去找農家吃吧。

房間比較老舊，衞生狀態挺好，就是隔音太差了，隔壁電視都聽得一清二楚。華中睡眠谷，可是一晚上沒睡好。

酒店在風景區裏面，需要到遊客中心先取票，再到自在谷酒店前台拿房卡。房間裝修比較簡單，睡覺很安靜。服務也還不錯。早餐是自助，比較豐盛。

酒店在銀杏樹附近，酒店旁邊就有餐廳，吃飯非常方便，酒店早餐品種多，房間乾濕分離，服務員很有禮貌，看到我們主動問好，辦理入住和退房都要在自在谷酒店前台，景區環境很好，看景點很方便
