設施：公寓比較新，一室一廳外屋2張1.2米床，裏屋一張1.8米大床，陽台貫穿2屋，每屋都有空調。
衞生：一般，我們入住後自己把桌子什麼的都用消毒紙巾擦了一遍，肉眼可見的不太乾淨，一層土，屋裡還有頭髮。衞生方面希望店家多多注意，及時提升管理。
環境：對面隔條馬路就是海，陽台坐着吹吹海風還是不錯的！樓下超市，各種餐廳都有。
服務：一層進門是該酒店前台，辦理入住挺快的，平時有需要也都能及時滿足。
tips：老闆除了這家店還有宴山海餐飲，絕對值得體驗，屬於東戴河這一片比較高大上且性價比不錯的飯店，住店吃飯還有折扣👍

靠海很近，又不是那麼近，所以不潮，而且躺在床上看海真的很舒服，孩子也玩的很開心，屋子大，陽台寬敞，小朋友可以躲貓貓，樓下就是飯店，燒烤，炒菜都很棒，價格合理，還可以送上樓，屋子裡有廚房，煮了一次海鮮，很好，有洗潔精，方便清洗，冰箱夠大，住了一個多星期，採買的食物有保障，帶娃絕佳選擇，很推薦，明年有機會還回來

第一次住民宿，還不錯吧，沒有什麼服務，不過到海邊還是挺方便的，就是樓下的浴場石子太多，後來買了沙灘鞋就好多了，吃飯可以點外賣，能送上樓，這還行
