酒店地理位置很好，離山海關很近，到老龍頭景區開車不到十分鐘，酒店前台服務很好，熱情、耐心，免費給我升級了大床房，房間很乾凈，而且很貼心的配了耳塞、一次性浴缸袋。下次來還住這裏

來東戴河第一個好印象就來自這家酒店，酒店大堂明亮氣派，無論門口保安還是前台人員都很熱情，因為怕吵前台特意安排了比較安靜的房間，非常感謝，房間很乾凈，價格也合理，1米4的單人床睡着非常舒服，性價比高。

感覺好的地方：
1.真心推薦7樓星空俄式餐廳：晚餐是西餐，大串、罐牛、俄式酸黃瓜都很贊；早餐是中餐，自己釀的小鹹菜不鹹很好吃。餐廳環境很好，可以身心放鬆的享受度假。
2.特別感謝餐廳的葉小紅大姐，服務特別熱情周到，像家人一樣。葉大姐是我未來再次入住的主意原因。
建議改善的地方：
酒店整體硬件設施都不錯，但軟件太太差了：牙具、木梳跟同灣小區100元公寓民宿的一樣；毛巾都拉絲了，還不如民宿的呢。
五星級酒店淡季500元/天的價格，用這樣的洗漱用具，太拉低整體品質了，不知道老闆是怎麼想的。

酒店很不錯，離海很近，裝修風格很典雅，夜景非常驚艷。前台服務人員很熱情，服務很貼心。在酒店餐廳用餐，一樓花園餐廳的湘菜很正宗，剁椒魚頭和錫紙魚鱸魚口味都很贊，服務員非常棒，推薦頂樓的俄式西餐味道獨到，吃住很滿意，和網上介紹很相符，非常值得推薦。

酒店位置很好，過馬路就是海邊，冬天的海也很漂亮。前台王青竹非常熱情的給我們介紹冬天周邊好玩的地方。因為怕冷，來之前特意問了一下房間温度怎麼樣，入住後房間非常暖和，客房大姐很熱情，感覺像到家了一樣。
