服務前台熱情，但是建議把窗户加密封，漏風太大，冬天還是太冷了。位置很好，樓下是個精緻的俄羅斯餐廳，餐廳口味也不錯，價格便宜實惠。

很糟心的一次體驗，再也不會去住了。晚上十點多入住的，房間裏空調不熱，洗澡間沒有門很冷。沒洗頭，剛打上浴液水變冷了，房間裏是很小的熱水器。凍壞了，沒有任何解決辦法，衹有進被窩等半小時後水再次熱起來。惡夢一般的體驗！！

進門還好到前台就體驗感特別不好前台服務態度很差，我定的大床非要給我換成雙床，我不接受還理直氣壯的跟我説給我換成了雙床，等到房間跟洞穴是的衞生不合格沒有衞生紙給前台打電話説沒衞生紙居然偏説有最後還挺無奈的説讓人給我送誰也不是買不起一卷衞生紙沒有人因為想多要一卷衞生紙就告訴你沒有，酒店的問題要賴在客人頭上嗎？？？體驗感特別差以後也不會去了

廁所不是明衞，而且沒有抽風，導致用的香薰太沖了。
被子也不知道換沒換，看着挺臟的。
牆角是瓷磚很多都是碎了，有窟窿的裏面會爬出來蟲子。

訂的loft房，樓上也有洗手間，房間非常乾淨床品也好。樓下有俄羅斯西餐和老北京麪館，周邊飯館也多，位置很優越，就在山海同灣旁邊。必須好評！
