- I have a child and the hotel smells very strong of smoke
- Because my child was with me in the room, I asked the hotel that I would not be able to go to breakfast, and breakfast should be brought to the room, but they refused.
- I only went twice during my stay at the hotel to breakfast and it was very bad

İş nedeniyle 1 gecelik konaklamada rezervasyondan çıkışa sunulan hizmet, personelin ilgisi çok iyiydi. Odaların ve ortamın temizliği g***t iyi. Kahvaltısı zengin, lezzetli. Merkeze yakın olması avantajlı.

Geç saate şehirde yer bulduk ve beklediğimizeden daha iyi bir konaklama ile karşılaştık. Beklendiğimizin üstündeydi. Personel çok iyi özellikle Ervin bey çok yardımcı oldu. Odamız güzeldi aile odasında kaldik. Ulaşım çok kolay. Girişte yalovaya özgü kokusu ile karşılaştık. Her sorumuza cevap aldık.

Otel görevlileri giriş saatimizden çıkış saatimize kadar çok ilgililerdi. Kahvaltıyı çok sevdik, ürünler çok çeşitliydi. Aile odasında kaldık, çok geniş ve konforluydu. Ses yalıtımı çok güzel, yataklar çok rahat. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.

Poor to moderate dinner with same quality and options. Poor to moderate internet connection with loss of signal at times. Noisy at times. Poor facilities. There is not adequate training for emergency prepardness to personnel.

All the hotel staff were very kind, so it was a pleasant trip.
I was very satisfied with the room cleaning condition, and the breakfast and dinner were also very good.
If I go to YALOVA next time, I want to go again.
