Hands down one of the BEST budget hotels I have ever stayed at! Customer service is excellent and the rooms are always super clean and they look recently updated. Would definitely stay again!

We could not get into the first room with the key provided. We were given a different room, but the toilet clogged, and the owner/manager didn't work hard enough to unclog it. A weekly renter was finally able to get it unclogged, but not before debris got stuck all over the toilet bowl.

First room is 157 which is supposed to be non smoking but reeked of cig smoke as soon as I opened the door. Manager switched my room to 153 which smelled better but I bathroom and sink area can use a good, deep cleaning. Bed was comfy and location is convenient. It is close to town and state parks/rivers.

What a difference a day makes! While last night’s accommodations were sub par, this motor inn is outstanding! Super fresh from the lobby to our room. Loved it, great value and I will continue to use ******* for the rest of our trip! This property was a delight.

It is a budget option and you get what you pay for. It wasn't awful or anything, but it wasn't amazing either.
