Ura went on a family trip
Children like to swim, so I chose an indoor pool. It was kept clean and there was a small whirlpool hot spa.
The coffee bar is always available and the hot chocolate for the kids was impressive.
Breakfast was free for the whole family to eat, and hot meals were prepared and tasted good. Very satisfied
The room was comfortable and very good for the price.
Thank you to the staff who are very kind to the children.

This hotel is still one of the nicer Hampton Inns in the DC area. The decor is the older style, which I prefer. I booked a suite, which was quite large. The sink was outside the toilet/show area, making it easy for two people to get ready at the same time. The room was spotless, bedding was quite comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The king suite has plenty of room to spread out -- large bed, sleeper sofa, desk, and chair. It also had a microwave and mini-fridge so I could bring in food and reheat it. The pool area and hot tub is small but also spotless. The pool isn't large enough to swim laps, but still enough space to relax. The fitness room looked nice but I didn't take advantage of that amenity. Breakfast was better than many Hampton Inns. This morning there were eggs, potatoes, sausage, as well as the usual waffle maker, hot and cold cereals, breads, and fruit/yogurt. Hotel staff was constantly replenishing it. The eggs tasted great, not like the obviously powdered ones I recently had at another hotel. The front desk agent was great; I wish I'd remembered his name so I could call him out. I arrived shortly after checkin time and my room wasn't ready. The front desk agent offered to give me a different room type if I didn't want to wait, but I was set on having a suite so I waited. After a short time he contacted housekeeping again (I think to speed them up) and my room was then ready. The front desk provides a list of restaurants, noting which are within walking distance and which are a short drive away. There's plenty of variety in dining options. There's a shuttle to Dulles Airport but I didn't use it as I drove. Not sure if the shuttle also takes you to the Metro.

Exceptionally poor customer service with absolutely no regard for their patrons. Very disappointing experience to say the least! They willingly take your reservation and tell you they provide services like airport shuttle but the reality is they actually only operate on an hourly basis so we nearly missed our flight . They claim a six mile distance from IAD but in actuality the transit takes 20min with no traffic. The rooms are small with limited amenities. If you plan to tip bring change because the front desk has no currency on hand. Unacceptable!

This is a little gem. The staff works hard and does their best but at peak times could use help with phones when checking in patrons. Shuttle drivers are awesome and very helpful. Will stay again.

The property is easily accessible from the main thoroughfare and has ample parking. Front desk staff are cordial and attentive. The rooms are adequate and has a microwave , just in case you want to warm the food or beverage. Rooms are furnished well and clean. A good place to stay in a noise free environment even though it's only a few miles away from the Dulles airport. The National Air & Space museum is a short distance from the hotel, a must see place if you like aviation history.

Great location and rooms. Two problems: I have used their park and ride but it is not in their website for Dec. when I questioned the young lady she let me know she was knew and didn't know the answer. I had checked in electronically and reserved a room and had confirmation. When I went to get keys the room was already occupied and I was given a different room. My choice had been high floor in middle of rooms. New room was lower floor, at the end near stairs, and on the opposite side. This is the second time this has happened.
