There are 2 hotels of the same brand within 1 mile, and I went to the wrong one at first, saying that I couldn't find the reservation information.
The hotel provides cooking utensils. If you want to cook by yourself, you can really consider it. There is no special place for breakfast. The front desk said that it is not breakfast, but a snack. Coffee, cereal, and muffin are provided

older hotel badly in need of renovation. No in room cooking supplies, staff unaware of getting supplies, no gym, no pool, Apparently homeless/ or under served people living there long term. Scary and poorly run. Tragedy next to a major mall.
Needs to be gutted and renewed ? housing or elder care apartments

Johnny was very helpful and accommodating when I checked in. This is a very reasonable hotel to spend a night in, in an area where hotels are extremely expensive. The Fair Oaks mall is literally across the street making it convenient for shopping or getting a bite to eat.

Quiet spot. Great staff. 5 star service . attentive and very polite . Great spot for the budget . They made sure I had everything I needed and made sure my stay was great. A lot of people use this hotel to live at and commute to and from work. So everyone gets to know each other and is pretty quiet and friendly.

I've only stayed in Suites 127 and 133. I am drawn to 127 and always end up staying in it. It has a good view, close to exits, front desk, and laundry room. It reminds me of a studio apartment. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Front desk staff is ALWAYS accomodating, friendly, and professional. Housekeeping does a good job.

Aside from being right off a pretty confusing stretch off multi-highway, multi-level, multi-lane, multi-exit ramps, being surrounded by toll roads (you have to pay to use the freeway here, 66 and 495, 24/7), and the seemingly incessant heavy traffic… the hotel itself is great! I mean it. And not having to drive to the mall or a coffee shop really might save years of your life compared to driving anywhere for. any. thing. any. time.

Great location and friendly responsive staff. Lots of shopping centers, malls, and grocery stores nearby. Maintenance is fast and helpful always. Free coffee and breakfast daily. Great for short or long term stays. If you need a good place to stay in vicinity of Fairfax this place is a highly recommended.
