Excellent and friendly service.No Extra and hidden charges.Good cleaning, Security.

Worst experience. Pay the charges and you will realize who actually you are paying to. If you want to save yourself from any sort of deception, never book this hotel.

Over priced hotel, room of rs was sold in, very pathetic, room was having very bad smell, linen was not washed and towel was also dirty, when i requested to change the room they said all the rooms as booked. Very poor hotel. Not recommended.

Me and my family had a very short stay of 06 hrs. Rooms were ok and behaviour of the staff was good. But the hotel was not in good state. Some renovation work is going on the items were lying around. ***y places of the hotel was covered in dust. But i guess the hotel will be in much better state in peak season

Minitel inn. Sultanpur is well ***aged hotel with all facilities which required. Food supplied is well cooked and tastey. Overall, it was good trip.

No cleanness, massquto, dirty pillo and bed sheet, no proper service, no lift and poor staff ***agement, dirty stair and glasses

Hotel location is center of city and shops, movie theatre near hotel. Food is very tasty and quality

Minitel....wow the great memories still roaming to my mind. Time spent there was best in all ways. This was amazing experience to stay in Minitel. If any visit near by Sultanpur in future then Minitel will be my 100% sure destination to stay. This was amazing experience to stay in Minitel. All hospitality and staff was super good. Overall it was soo excellent experience. I will prefer again and again and again........Excellent staff at the hotel with great affectionate gesture. I had a pleasant stay. Plus good food. The rooms were clean and spacious. Room delivery was quick. Thanks for such a great experience Minitel. Looking forward to visit again as soon as possible..........
