When we first arrived, there was something left behind in the room that was hidden pretty well however, once I brought it to the staff attention, they took care of it very swiftly. John at the front desk was an awesome person to deal with and Mary who is the assistant GM I believe, took care of us and helped us with the next day because of the incident I have stayed at this hotel a few times, and I would not go anywhere else. the people here are Great the breakfast is great and the rooms are great.

I wasn’t pleased that I paid MORE for a King Room and they out me in a room with TWO doubles
I was placed on a different room other than what I paid for because the lock on the door wouldn’t work as the battery on it was dead .

The hotel would like to discount my stay because of the noise and the smoking on a non smoking floor that was very noticeable in our room

Everything was great except the pool was closed 2 out of our 4 day stay for shocking treatment. That’s the only reason we booked this hotel was for the indoor pool. Front desk offered us Hilton points for the inconvenience but not issued them to us.
