It is a great place to stay. There are many places to eat within walking distance and the staff at the hotel was excellent. It is my second time staying here and would stay again when in Summerville.

Overcharged by $190, the reservation versus checkout bill. Requested a refund, only would refund room rate error not taxes. I was told taxes went up, $40 and the reservation website was not correct. My math works, lower room rate, less taxes. If you like being robbed and played for stupid, this is the place for you!

I liked the convenience to shopping and restaurants. We were confused as to where the main entrance was because there was not an overhang to park under. It was suppose to rain and I was traveling with my 91 yr old mother. Everything was great except for a stain in the toilet that didn’t look like a stain. lol. Front counter attendant was awesome!!

We had another enjoyable stay @ the Residence Inn in Summerville, SC. It is located inside the planned community of Nexton. You are able to actually walk around all of the shops in Nexton, by walking out the back of the property. Staff are friendly, and make you feel welcome. Within walking distance are several places to eat, along with a little Art Studio, and a freshly opened Wild Birds Unlimited. Residence Inn is a great little place to stay, and the community shops are a blast to walk by, and visit. Enjoy !!

We had a very pleasant place to stay! This is a very Clean place and all the staff was friendly and welcoming! We certainly were delighted by the Wonderful breakfast! Since covid these breakfasts are hard to find. Thank you! ! We will be back!!

The property was nice. The room had everything i would need for a longer stay but I was only there one night.
I checked in at 5pm and the dishwasher was running when i got to my room. It was kind of annoying but I understand staff has many rooms to clean. There were a ton of hotel options in the area and I'm not sure I would stay again. The bed was okay. Felt like the mattress needed replacement or flipping.

I only issue was the first room we were assigned, the keys and lock did not work. We had to move our things to another floor and it finally worked. Other than that issue, the stay was great. I would definitely stay at this location again.
