I was impressed with the hotel’s cleanliness and their hospitality. I enjoyed my stay, enjoyed the breakfast choices, loved the coffee! The beds were comfortable, the tub was deep for soaking your muscles. I would definitely recommend!

When visiting Pentwater we stay here. Never have been disappointed. Pool water is clean and spa is relaxing.

We checked in with Krishna, the host. Went to our room and five minutes later she called to tell us our debit card declined . We tried second debit card. It declined. We tried our credit card and it declined. I called our credit card company and found no issues with our account. Krishna took no responsibility that it could be their system not working properly. She told us without payment. we couldn’t stay so we packed up and left. We drove down the road and stopped at another hotel. We had no issues with using our debit card. This experience was very frustrating and unnecessary. She didn’t apologize once to us and looked at us like it was all our fault when clearly her system was not working properly.

We had a great stay here for two nights! The room we had I believe is one of the more recently renovated and it was wonderful — spacious and spotless. Brand new tub/shower and squeaky clean! The rates are incredibly reasonable during the off season as well.

The reception we received is exemplary -- gracious and attentive. The suite was clean, the pool is a good temperature for all family members, the hot tub is very good. Pool and w/o rooms are clean and towels are provided.
