Clean and worth the price would stay every night if I could. The rooms are big and there’s tons of room to do stuff like cook or pull out an extra bed! Literally one the best suites I’ve stayed in. Hands down one the best places to stay at In the whole entire city!

The room furnishings were in poor condition with rips/stains. However, the staff were friendly and enhanced our stay.

We stay at this location frequently. We love that they have two bedroom suites, which is hard to find. The hotel is always in good condition and the pool is nice and warm. My only complaint is the breakfast area is so small and is always so chaotic because this hotel is popular. There isn’t much they can do about that without a major renovation, but just a note. The breakfast is always good, just packed area. :)
We stay with splash lagoon packages and without so you can’t go wrong either way, just be prepared for the kids to want to go to splash lagoon if you didn’t book a package ha

Ac did not work asked front desk twice and nothing got done it got up to 76 at night so we were sweating

Staff was friendly, pool/hot tub area very nice. TV didn't work correctly with the remote, burned out lights, kitchen sink leaking ...a lot...had to put a bucket underneath. Maintenance worker was unable to fix the problem. Telephone only worked if the cord was held in a particular direction.
