The suites are a perfect size for taking the kids and they have jet tubs in all the rooms. Just have to make sure the jets work!

This hotel was great. The room was spotless and smelled clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable and we loved the big jetted bathtub. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

We went as a family of 5 on a Sunday night to Monday. We chose a Monday to be our park day to avoid large weekend crowds. Hotels guests are to get early entry before public at 10am EXCEPT they let in 350 elementary school kids on a field trip also at 10am without ANY prior notification when booking the reservation a field trip would be occuring. Splash Lagoon claims the hotel was TOLD and clearly they chose not to communicate this to their guests. I spent my mini vacation parenting 350 of other people's kids who were VERY poorly supervised and acting wild. The park was so busy you could barely move. Will never give my business to either place again. We will choose Great Wolfe or Kahalaria instead.

I visted this hotel on a stopover. I did not make use of the waterpark, although I saw alot of kids that seemed to be super excited and happy about it. My room was very clean. Check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast was hot and had a great assor**ent. Hot water was plentiful. I'd stay again.

Our 2nd trip to Splash Lagoon so we were familiar with this hotel. Our initial room had a soaking wet area on the carpet near the tile floors which made it a hazard for falls. The manager Alex was so kind and understanding. Even though the hotel was sold out was able to "comp" us the Presidential suite. She went above and beyond for our comfort and safety. Thank you so much Alex!
